Who handles your information

FinchPart is operated by Shenzhen Zhiceyun Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市智策云科技有限公司), based in Shenzhen, China. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact sales@finchpart.com.

What you provide

We collect company and contact names, email, country, part lists, quantities, specifications, inventory details and any attachments or messages you choose to send. Please do not include identification documents, bank details, passwords or information unrelated to the enquiry.

How we use it

We use these details to evaluate your enquiry, contact you, investigate supply or purchasing options, prepare quotations and maintain follow-up records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or create a purchase agreement.

Sharing for evaluation

Relevant component requirements may be shared with suppliers. Inventory details may be shared with purchasing partners to assess possible offers. We minimize personal contact information in these initial exchanges. If an introduction or transaction requires additional details, we discuss that with you. Do not upload confidential third-party information without authority to share it.

Systems and international processing

The website is hosted on Tencent Cloud infrastructure in Singapore. Enquiries are handled by our team in China. Email is handled using Microsoft 365. Online forms currently use basic abuse-prevention checks. If an additional verification service is enabled, this notice will be updated. These services may process data in other countries under their applicable service terms. Attachments are not published as public listings.

Storage and retention

Enquiry records are restricted to authorized business use. We review closed enquiries for deletion when they are no longer needed for follow-up, transaction records, disputes or applicable obligations. You can request deletion or correction by email. We may need to confirm your relationship to a record before acting. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is rotated.

Enquiry sources

To understand enquiry sources, we keep campaign tags, referring domains and public landing paths in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. These details and your optional source selection are saved with your enquiry. We do not collect referring-page queries or browsing history for this purpose, and do not send this information to advertising platforms.

Cookies and security

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your contact details. We store your chosen language in a preference cookie for up to 180 days. We use a local IP-country database to suggest a language; this does not determine your business location. Form drafts are kept only in the current browser tab while switching languages and are cleared after successful submission or when the tab closes. Online forms use abuse-prevention measures when enabled. Basic operational logs may contain connection information. No security measure can eliminate all risk; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Your requests

Email sales@finchpart.com with your enquiry reference where available to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We will review requests in light of the records involved and applicable obligations.
